Food Consumption in America: Infographic

by Jesse Giglio in

Always interesting when we, the great American consumer, are visually confronted with our own practices.  Of course most of us really don't care either way.  It's easier to get a heart transplant than take up jogging, or even worse, stop eating french fries.  Knowlege will only get us so far and statistics never changed anything.  While prevention is the key it's only as good as we actually care.  Which is why we need stories, to help us care.  Thanks to VisualEconomics for the work.  [click to enlarge]
